No, and you actually can't, not inside Zeeën anyway.
There's no messaging in the app. The only interaction you can have with someone is a wave, a simple way to show interest. You can wave the same person once every 24 hours, and how many different people you can wave depends on your plan (Free, Plus, or Pro).
If you want to actually connect, that happens off-platform: you follow them on the social handles they've shared, and take it from there on Instagram, TikTok, or wherever they've linked.
Everything on Zeeën is opt-in. You choose who to wave at, which handles to share, and whether to follow up at all.
