How to launch an ad campaign in Zeely app?

Ready to promote your product? Here’s how to launch an ad directly from the Zeely app in just a few steps

Tap the Launch Ad to start promoting your product.

Choose the product you'd like to promote, then tap Continue.

Choose an objective for your ad campaign

Traffic is a good option if you want to get more views and link clicks on your website.
​Tip: This option works great for selling physical or digital products, especially if your website or product page has a Buy Now button.

Leads – Ideal if you're looking for more direct actions from your customers, like calls or messages.
​Tip: This is a great choice for promoting services, offering consultations, or collecting contact details from potential clients.

When you're ready, click the Continue button.

Platform


Next you’ll see the platforms where your ad will appear — Facebook and Instagram, via the Meta Ads network.


As a trusted Meta partner, Zeely ensures your campaigns are launched and delivered smoothly, with no extra setup required on your end.

Then tap Continue.

Select the creatives you want to use in your ad campaign

The app will suggest creatives generated for your selected product.

For best results, use at least 3 creatives. If there aren’t enough, you’ll be prompted to generate more.


You can also tap Add New to upload your own images or videos.

Tip: Focus on one product or offer per campaign. Using creatives for multiple products in the same campaign may confuse your audience and reduce performance.

Pro tip: Use a mix of static images and video creatives. Videos tend to perform better, especially on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, where movement catches attention quickly.

After you click Continue, you’ll be able to review each of your ads individually.

Take a moment to carefully check all the details. You can edit the text, update images, change Call-to-Action or replace creatives as needed before launching your campaign.

Choose your target locations


Select the locations where you’d like to promote your product. Make sure to select locations relevant to your business.

When you're done, click the Continue button.

Choose your audience’s age and gender

Select the age range and gender of the audience you want your ads to reach.

Tips for better results:

  • If you’re unsure, start with a broader age range and narrow it down over time based on performance.

  • Consider who typically uses your product or who your ideal customer Is

  • Avoid targeting too narrowly unless you know your niche well as a wider audience can help Meta’s algorithm optimize your ad delivery.

Goal and Budget


Based on the goal you selected at the beginning — Traffic or Leads — you’ll now choose your expected number of visitors or leads.

We’ll suggest the best budget and campaign duration based on your expectations.


However, you can always adjust them manually by moving the slider.

Total Budget defines the overall cost of your ad campaign based on the number of days it will run. It also helps calculate the optimal daily budget for your ads.

Campaign duration determines how long your ad campaign will be shown on social media platforms.

When you're satisfied with your budget and goals, simply tap Continue.

You’ll be redirected to the Review and Pay page, where you can see a summary of your campaign and choose your payment method.

You’ll need to enter your payment details and agree to the provided terms and conditions to proceed with the purchase.

After the successful payment your ad campaign will automatically be set up and sent to moderation by our expert team.

Moderation helps:

  • Ensure your ad meets Meta’s advertising policies

  • Avoid ad rejections or account restrictions

  • Prevent wasted ad spend on non-compliant or weak ads

Once your campaign is reviewed:

  • If approved you'll receive a confirmation email from Zeely. Your campaign will go live and start generating traffic.

  • If not approved:

    • we’ll send you a detailed email explaining why it was declined, with clear instructions on how to fix the issue

    • your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

  • Most campaigns are reviewed by our team within 1–12 hours

  • During high-traffic periods, it may take up to 24 hours

  • After our approval, Meta also performs its own review which may take another few hours

Once your ad is launched, you’ll be able to track you ad campaign performance.
