How to launch a paid ad campaign?

If you want to promote your product or service, here’s how to launch an ad directly from the Zeely app in just a few steps.

Ready to turn your creative into a live Meta campaign? You can launch everything right from the Zeely app. We’ll guide you step by step so nothing feels overwhelming. Just follow along.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. You can begin in two ways:

    • From Home, tap Meta Campaign, or

    • Tap the $ (dollar sign) at the bottom of the app and choose Paid.

    Then tap + New campaign.

  2. Set up what you want to promote. Choose a destination link — the page people will land on after clicking your ad. If you do not see the link in the drop-down list, enter your website manually.

    Then, add a campaign name so you can easily track its results later, then select your campaign objective: traffic to send people to your website, or leads to collect information from people interested in your brand.


    ​Tip:

    • The traffic objective works great for selling physical or digital products, especially if your website or product page includes a Buy Now button.

    • The leads objective is a great choice for promoting services, offering consultations, or collecting contact details from potential clients.

  3. Select the media that will run on social media. For the best results, we recommend adding at least three creatives. You can also continue with just one image or video. Then tap Continue.

  4. After you tap Continue, you’ll be able to review each ad one by one. To make changes, tap Edit in the top-right corner.

    Take a moment to check the details before launch. You can edit the text, update images, change the call-to-action, or rewrite the caption at any time. Make sure to review the call-to-action button as well.

    When you’re happy with your edits, tap the X in the corner, then tap Continue.

  5. Build your warm-up page to spark interest before people click through. Choose colors from the palette below.

  6. Choose who you want to reach and where.You can select the location, gender, and age range yourself, or go with Zeely’s recommendations.

  7. Choose your budget and campaign duration. Based on the goal you selected earlier — Traffic or Leads — you’ll choose how many visitors or leads you want to aim for.

    We’ll recommend a budget and campaign duration based on your goals, but you can adjust them anytime using the slider.

    • Your daily budget is the amount you plan to spend each day on the campaign.

    • Your campaign duration determines how long your ads will run on social media platforms.

    • Your total budget is the overall amount you plan to spend on the campaign. Based on that and the campaign duration, we’ll estimate the recommended daily budget for your ads.

    Tap Launch campaign.

  8. You’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you can enter your payment details, confirm your payment method, and proceed with checkout.

  9. After your payment is successful, your ad campaign will be set up automatically and sent to our expert team for moderation.

    Moderation helps:

  • Ensure your ad meets Meta’s advertising policies

  • Avoid ad rejections or account restrictions

  • Prevent wasted ad spend on non-compliant or weak ads

    Once your campaign is reviewed:

  • If approved:

    • You’ll see your ad campaign active in the Ads section.

    If not approved:

    • We’ll send you an email explaining why it was declined.

    • The email will include clear instructions on how to fix the issue.

    • Your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

    Review timeline:

    • Most campaigns are reviewed by our team within 1–12 hours.

    • During high-traffic periods, the review may take up to 24 hours.

    • After our approval, Meta also performs its own review, which may take a few additional hours.

Once your ad is live, you’ll be able to track your campaign’s performance directly in Zeely.
