ON WEB: If you're on a web/desktop right now, you should see an orange chat bubble icon at the bottom right corner of the webpage. Click it to start a conversation with one of our customer support team members!

IN APP: If you prefer to chat within the ZeeMee app, see the screenshots and instructions below!

On the ZeeMee app, to contact us, simply tap on the gear wheel icon at the top-left portion of your profile in the app. That will bring up a menu which you can see here in the next screenshot...

You can tap the FAQ section which will bring you to the list of various articles answering some of our more frequently asked questions (which you've probably already found) or you can tap Contact Us which will populate an in-app messaging system for you to speak directly with a customer service member at ZeeMee!
