I didn't receive my phone verification code

If you're having trouble receiving a verification code from ZeeMee, don't worry! There are a few common reasons why this can happen.

Try These Steps First

1. Double-check your phone number

Make sure the phone number you entered is correct.

2. Wait a few minutes

Verification codes are usually delivered within seconds, but mobile carriers can occasionally experience delays. Please wait 5 to 10 minutes before requesting another code.

3. Avoid requesting multiple codes

Requesting several verification codes in a short period of time can temporarily prevent new codes from being sent to your number.

4. Check your SMS spam folder

Although uncommon, some mobile carriers may mistakenly filter verification codes as spam. Check your device's spam, blocked, or filtered messages folder to see if the code was delivered there.

5. Check your mobile service

Make sure your device has a cellular connection and is able to receive text messages from other numbers.

6. Try again later

If you've requested multiple codes, your account may be temporarily rate-limited. If that is the case, you might need to wait 24 hours to request an additional code.

  • The phone number you're trying to use

  • A screenshot of any error messages you're seeing
