If your ZeeMee account was suspended, learn why it may have happened and what steps you can take next.

If you're unable to access your ZeeMee account because it has been temporarily suspended, it means activity on the account was flagged for review under our Community Guidelines or Safety Policies.

Why Was My Account Suspended?

To help keep ZeeMee safe for everyone, we monitor for activity that may violate our Community Guidelines or put other users at risk. This may include:

  • Spam or suspicious activity

  • Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

  • Content that violates our Community Guidelines

  • Other activity that may impact the safety of the ZeeMee community

Not all suspensions are permanent. Some accounts may be temporarily restricted while our team reviews the activity.

I Think My Account Was Suspended by Mistake

If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact ZeeMee Support for assistance.

Through the ZeeMee App

  1. Tap the engine icon in the top-left corner of the app.

  2. Select Account Help Center.

  3. Tap Contact Us.
