How Do I Change My Email Address?

Your Zegal account is tied to an email address. If you have registered using the wrong email address or would like to change your email address in the course of your subscription, you can achieve that by adding the new email address as a new user.

Please note that this is a temporary solution and we are working on improving this process.

How to change your email address

Step 1: Click on the Settings by clicking on the profile card on the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Click on My Organisation, and then on Add.

Step 3: Fill in the First name, Last name, Email, and 'Add'.

Step 4: Optionally, remove the user with the email address that is not needed anymore.

Note: If your account is displaying "Buy more member seats", please contact the Client Services Team at service@zegal.com or via the live chat in the platform and indicate your new email address.
