Because of the highly-subjective nature of a dispute about the quality of a product, and because the ZehMizeh staff cannot maintain intimate familiarity with the standards of every industry that we platform, ZMZ does not accept quality of work disputes from clients.

As long as a delivered product could be said to fall within the instructions of the client, the ZMZ policy is that the freelancer will still get paid. If the work does not fall within the client's instructions, this transitions to a "Work I Didn't Ask For" dispute and will be assessed on those terms.
