If a client submits a dispute that the freelancer delivered a product that "doesn't work," it will be re-classified as one of two different types of disputes:

1. "Work I didn't ask for." If the work the freelancer delivered doesn't do what the client paid for, this is a "Work I didn't ask for" dispute and the client could get the milestone dismissed.

2. "Quality of Service" dispute. If the work the freelancer delivered does do what the client paid for, but the client believes the product is below the standard of the industry, this is a "Quality of service dispute." As a rule, ZehMizeh does not accept Quality of Service disputes.

Note: clients are responsible for thoroughly checking all deliveries from freelancers before paying for them. ZehMizeh does not have any mechanism for refunds on the platform and does not allow disputes to be made after a product or service was paid for.
