Freelancers are not allowed to sell work that they do not have the rights to on ZehMizeh. If an client suspects that the work the freelancer is turning in does not belong to them, they should submit a formal dispute about it.

However, it should be noted that it will be truly difficult to demonstrate definitively that a freelancer does not own the work they have turned in. Even if an client has found a copy (or a very similar version) of what the freelancer has delivered, he would also have to somehow verify that the freelancer had not obtained it appropriately. There are also many similarities in style and form within industries, so it would also have to be determined that the identified similarities were not coincidental.

In sum: all suspicions of plagiarism should be reported, but with the understanding that the claim will be very difficult to demonstrate definitively.
