Navigate to your portfolio by clicking on your profile photo or username in the top-right corner. Then switch to the "Portfolio" tab.
For now, the only way to set a particular item as the cover photo for an album is to upload it first. Items are displayed according to the order they were uploaded.
We have many upgrades planned for this feature, and we'll let you know as the improvements are released.
