The simple reason for this is that ZMZ will have a very hard time verifying what actually took place on any other communication platform. It is very easy to fake a screenshot or to fib about what went on in a conversation that ZMZ has no access to. For that reason, ZMZ's policy decisions can only be based on what happened on our site.

This means that the decisions ZMZ makes regarding milestone disputes (or any interpersonal issues users are experiencing) can only be made based on what was communicated on the site. An exception is if both parties confirm that something specific was said on another platform - then ZMZ would be able to take a screenshot or a copy into consideration. But in most cases, it is best for users to maintain a clear "paper trail" and keep their communication to the site.
