Before our payment processing service, Stripe, can deliver your earnings safely to your bank account, they need to collect some personal information.

When you start the registration process*, you'll see they do this in stages, verifying each set of information before asking for more. There should be three phases of submitting information:

  • Phase 1: Your basic contact info, your DOB, and the last digits of your social security number

  • Phase 2: Your social security number

  • Phase 3: Your proof of identity document, (a government document that matches the information you’ve entered)

Stripe won’t approve your account until all of these are verified, (which means you won't be able to be paid on ZMZ until all of these are verified).

*By clicking the yellow “Complete Stripe Activation” button in the “Payment Details” box on your profile.
