Navigate to the "Help" page from the menu at the top of the screen.
Switch to the "Submit Dispute" tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Open Dispute History."
You'll see a list of banners representing your disputes. To see the synopsis on a particular closed dispute, find the dispute's banner from the list and click on it.
