Navigate to your "My Projects" page from the options at the top of the screen.

Select the "Sent Proposals" tab to find all of the proposals you've sent. When a proposal hasn't been responded to yet, it will be marked with the "Pending" status. When a client passes on a proposal - or awards the project to another freelancer - the proposal will be marked with the "Declined" status.

Proposals that have been accepted are not listed - those have turned into "Work in Progress" projects!
