Click the "Find Projects" button at the top of the page to navigate to the project board.
Search for the type of project you'd be interested in. Use the filters on the left side to exclude irrelevant posts from your results.
When you find a project banner in the results that looks promising - click the banner to see the full project post.
In the top box on the right side, you'll see a yellow button labeled "Submit Proposal." Click that to fill out a proposal and get considered by the client.
