Every project is designated a specific message thread where users can communicate. That thread can be found in two places:
On the project page itself, under the "Messages" tab.
From the "Messages" page, found at the top of your screen. This page contains the threads from all of your projects, so you'll have to navigate to the project in question from the list on the left, (either by scrolling or using the search bar).
