Freelancers can edit or cancel milestones and hours submissions before the client accepts them.
To do this, look in the top-right corner of the milestone in question. If you see an icon with three vertical dots, click that to edit or cancel. If you don't, the milestone/hours submission cannot be adjusted at this stage.
