After the project is closed, visit the project's page from the "Closed" tab on your "My Projects" page.
You'll see that the normal three project tabs - "Milestones," "Messages," and "Project Details," - is now joined by a fourth "Reviews" tab. Open this tab to see the client's rating and review (and to leave your own).
