When a freelancer believes they are owed money that the client is refusing to pay, or a client believes he does not owe money that the freelancer is asking for, they can submit a dispute about the milestone in question. ZMZ staff will receive it and attempt to mediate a solution.

To submit a dispute, navigate to the "Help" page from the menu at the top of the screen. The default tab will be the "General Inquiry" tab. Switch to the "Submit Dispute" tab and fill in the details there. Be sure to include any attachments (like screenshots of a relevant conversation with another user) to make your point.
