Freelancers receive regular emails from ZMZ, updating them about any new projects that have been posted in their skill categories.

There are three options for how frequently you want these emails to come:

The default setting for all freelancers is the first option - every Sunday.

If you'd like to change the frequency of these emails, navigate to your profile page by clicking your profile photo or name in the top-right corner.

You'll see your basic information listed in the white box at the top of the page, (what we call your "Intro Box"). In the top-right corner of that box is a white button labeled "Edit." Click there to open the "Edit Details" pop-up.

Scroll all the way to the bottom to the "Frequency of Project Board Emails" field. Click there to see the drop-down menu of frequency options and select the schedule that suits you best.
