If you requested to have your account closed, but now you're changed your mind, you can cancel your account closure request.
Go to your profile page by clicking your name/profile photo in the top-right corner of the page. On your profile page, scroll down to the bottom. You'll see a button on the right side of the screen that says "Cancel Account Closure Request." Click that to cancel your deletion request.
