From the homepage, you’ll see an orange button in the top-right corner that reads “Sign Up”. Click that to open the registration page.

Select the type of account you would like to open. Freelancers should click the "I'm a freelancer" button. (Note: freelancers cannot hire freelancers on ZMZ.)

Fill in your personal information and agree to the terms and conditions. You'll receive a 6-digit code in your email to confirm your account.

Enter your code back at ZMZ. You'll be guided through four pages to help you fill out your profile. All of the information submitted there can be changed later, so don't worry about making it perfect.

After registering, freelancers still won't be quite ready to work. They'll have to be approved by ZMZ staff first, who will do what they can to see if you're a good fit for the site.

Freelancers will also have to register for Stripe, our payment-delivery service. They can do that from the "Payment Details" section of their profile page by clicking the button labeled "Complete Stripe Activation." (Learn more about that here.)
