ZMZ does have a limited system of dispute resolution services. Disputes are filed either because:
the client is not receiving the work that they're seeking, OR
the freelancer is not getting paid for the work they did.
In these cases, ZMZ admin can review the specific circumstances of the dispute and either a) charge the client for the money that they owe or b) release the client of the obligation to pay. By reading through our dispute policies, users can usually figure out for themselves how any specific issue will end up being resolved.
