While being a member of the site is offered for free, ZehMizeh can only maintain its operations through the fees they charge on completed transactions. Therefore, it is strictly against our policy for freelancers and clients to find each other on ZehMizeh and conduct their business off the site.
There is, of course, a limit on this policy. If two users:
have been working together for at least two years, (that is, two years have passed since the freelancer was first hired)
they have completed the first project, and
the users have completed more than two projects together
- they can send an Off-Site Partnership Request in order to take their working relationship off the website with ZehMizeh's approval. When this request is approved, users can legally and halachically continue their working relationship without violating ZehMizeh’s Terms of Service.
