Filtering helps narrow down data and allows you to focus on the information you need. Zemanta offers a powerful filtering feature that can be accessed from the header at any time and is designed to be quickly editable and transparent. Filtering by Media Sources and archived items is available when you are positioned anywhere within the platform. Additional filtering options are available when viewing publishers on the Ad Group level and when opening the filtering feature in the Account view.

Filtering results by Media Sources

1. Click on the Filter button.

2. You can now view data by different Media Sources. To do that, check the box next to the Media Source you would like to filter your results by. You can choose as many Media Sources as you want.

3. Click Apply to display filtered results.

4. The dashboard now includes the data from the selected Media Sources. A filter bar appears below the header and displays the selected filtering criteria. If you would like to deselect any of the filter criteria, click the X next to the Media Source name. You can also change your choice of filters by removing them separately or by adding new options at any time. For a clearer overview, the filter bar is a part of the sticky header and is always displayed regardless of how far down the page you scroll.

5. All filters can be cleared by clicking on the Clear filter button.

Filtering results by status

1. Filtering results by status allows you to view all the archived items that are not shown in the dashboard otherwise. First, Click the Filter button in the header.

2. Check the β€œShow archived items” box.

3. Click Apply filter. Your data now includes your previously archived items.

4. You can clear the filter by clicking on the Clear filter button.

Filtering in publisher view

The filter includes additional options when viewing the publishers, you can display your results by publisher status. Since it offers a quicker publisher overview, this feature comes in handy, especially while optimizing the campaign and monitoring the performance of publishers. This filter is only available in the Publisher breakdown view.

1. To filter by publisher status, click the Filter button in the header and select one of the preferred options:

  • show all publishers,

  • show only active publishers or

  • show only blocklisted publishers

2. Click Apply filter to display results filtered by publisher status.

3. Clear the filter by clicking on the Clear filter button.

Filtering results by Manager

When in the Account view, you can open the filtering options and filter the Campaigns within the Account view by Manager. By selecting this option only the campaigns where you are assigned as the Campaign Manager will show up. In this way, you can easily separate and filter out only your campaigns and simplify your reporting.

The filter is also visible on the All Accounts level, where it filters to show only Accounts that contain at least one campaign where you are set as the Campaign Manager or where you are the Account Manager.

1. To filter by Campaign Manager, click the Filter button in the header and select the option My Campaigns or My Accounts.

2. Click on Apply filter button.

3. You can clear the filter by clicking on Clear filter button.
