As soon as a booking is confirmed we'll send you the vetting information for the teacher or teaching assistant by email, together with the details of the booking.

If you are not receiving our emails please check your spam folder and add support@zeneducate.com as a contact in your email program.

You can also see vetting information online. Once a teacher has been confirmed for your school, when you view the teacher's profile, you'll see a 'Vetting Info' button which will display our current vetting details. It's easy to print the information from there if you need to.

If the teacher worked at your school some time ago, remember that our current information may be different from when they worked at your school.

We can add extra recipients for booking (including vetting information), timesheet and invoice emails as you need. Just get in touch.
