Cancelling bookings

Teaching staff depend on predictable schedules for their income. Once they have accepted a booking, they will often turn down other work for the same day. Late cancellations can leave teaching staff with no income protection, which is why they are not allowed.

If you need to cancel a booking, let us and the teaching staff know as soon as possible by opening the booking and selecting 'Cancel booking'. You will be asked for a reason and to leave a note for the teacher.

If the booking is starting within the next 24 hours then you will not be able to cancel the booking in line with our terms. We will expect the teaching staff to go into your school that day as planned and you will still be invoiced for that day.
