How To Add Your Firm Information, Such As Logo, Tax Id And Locations.

How To Add Your Firm Information

You can add your firm information which will be used for the invoicing system within ZenCase. We will use the information you enter here to generate invoices, such as your firm logo, tax id, and location.


Add Your Firm Locations

You can add your firm location(s) and set a default location which will be shown on invoices generated by ZenCase.

  • From your Dashboard, click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the ZenCase screen. A drop down will appear. Choose "Firm Settings".

  • To the right of "Main Location" Select "Add a location" button. 

  • Alternatively, you can click on the "Settings" tab and then click "Locations" and click on the "Add" button.

  • In the Add Location popup window, enter your Location Name

  • Enter the location address

  • Enter the location city

  • Enter the location state

  • Enter the location zipcode

  • Click "Save"


You are allowed to upload logos that are a .png or .jpg file. Logo image files are limited to 2mb in size.

  • In the top right corner of the ZenCase screen, select the down arrow next to your name.

  • From the drop down navigation menu, select "Firm Settings".

  • In the header bar, you will see a box on the left for adding your firm logo.

  • Click the "Logo" box or drag and drop your logo image into the box.

  • You should now see your firm logo uploaded into the box.


Add Your Firm Information

Entering your firm information will be autosaved. Just type it in and it will be saved!

  • In the header bar, enter your Organization website

  • Enter your Tax Id

  • Under Main Location, select a location from the drop down

  • Under Main Contact, search for a user by name

  • Select a member from the drop down


That's it for setting up your billing and invoicing information for your firm.
