Keep in touch and stay productive with Office 365 for Business, even when you're working remotely.
Sign up for an Office 365 Business account. Make sure to invite all your law firm users to your Office 365 Business account.
Note: We recommend an Office 365 Business or Enterprise account for the best experience with Practice Pro. You may experience issues if you use an Office 365 for Home Family or Personal account.
Once you have your account with Office 365, we'll need to authenticate it with Practice Pro. Connect Your Office 365 Account With Practice Pro
Troubleshooting: Admin Approval Required
Occasionally, users may encounter an "admin approval required" message during the Outlook integration process. This message typically indicates that your organization has set permissions restrictions that prevent the integration. To resolve this issue:
Contact your organization's admin and request permission to connect your Outlook account with Practice Pro.
Ask the admin to enable the relevant integration permissions for your account. Once the required permissions are granted, retry the connection process as outlined in the steps above.This step is essential to ensure you can successfully connect and access your matters.
Open the Practice Pro application.
Click on the drop-down arrow in the account menu.
Navigate to My Profile.
On your member profile page, click on "Integrations" tab
Under Outlook, click the "Connect" butto- Choose Outlook from the list of available integrations.
Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.n
You will be redirected to the Office 365 Online website and be prompted to login
Login to Office 365 to confirm that you want to integrate with Practice Pro Note: This may take a few minutes to connect, so please be patient and do not refresh your browser.- When prompted, enter your Outlook email address to complete the connection.
You will be redirected back to Practice Pro integrations page
You will see that you are now connected with Outlook and you can disconnect at any time.
You can now start using Office 365 to manage your calendar, contacts, and SharePoint documents right within each client and matter in Practice Pro. Additionally, this integration allows for enhanced workflow management by streamlining access to emails and matters directly within Practice Pro.
