How To Login To The Client Portal For ZenCase Clients

Overview

The Client Portal allows portal users to have access to clients' information such as invoices and payments and to make payments using Law Pay system when Law Pay is enabled.

Client Portal Registration For New Users

The law firm will need to add the user to the client portal in order to access specific clients. Once they add a client portal user, the user should receive a welcome email.

  • In your email provider, such as Outlook, open the welcome email.

  • Click on "Accept Invitation" button.

  • You will be navigated to the Client Portal Registration page.

  • Your name and email will already be pre-filled.

  • Enter password.

  • Confirm new password.

  • Click on "Register" button.

  • You will be navigated to Client Portal Dashboard.

    • If you have multiple clients, you will need to select a client name to start.

Congratulations! You have successfully logged into the Client Portal.

Login To Client Portal For Existing Users

  • Enter your email

  • Enter your password

  • Click "Sign In" button.

  • If you have multiple clients, you may need to select a client. Click on "Select" button near Client's name.

  • You will be redirected to Dashboard page.

Congratulations! You have successfully logged into the Client Portal.
