How To Pay Invoice With Law Pay In Client Portal For ZenCase Clients

Overview

Client portal users have the option to pay their outstanding client invoices using Law Pay. Note: Law Pay should be enabled for you Firm in the ZenCase app.

How To Pay Invoice With Law Pay

  • Login to the Client Portal.

  • If you have two factor authentication enabled, you will need to enter the authentication code.

  • Click "Sign In" button.

  • You will be redirected to the Client Portal Dashboard page.

  • If you have multiple clients, you may need to select a client. Click on "Select" button near Client's name.

  • Go to the Invoices list page by clicking on the "Invoices" button in the left navigation sidebar.

  • Click the "..." three dots icon under Actions column and click "Pay Now".

  • You will be navigated to Law Pay page to pay the invoice.

  • Enter payment amount.

  • Select a payment method.

  • Enter billing details, such as address.

  • Click "Submit Payment" button.

  • Go to the Payments list page by clicking on the "Payments" button in the left navigation sidebar.

  • You will see your payments in Pending Payments list. Fully paid payments will be in the Payments list below the Pending Payments list.

  • Once a pending payment bank or credit card transaction clears, then a payment will automatically be created in the ZenCase application to reflect the invoice payment.

  • After the transaction clears, your Client Portal payment status will change from "Pending" to "Paid".

Congratulations! You have successfully paid a client invoice using Law Pay system in the Client Portal.
