How to View Firm Receipt Allocation Report In ZenCase

Overview

You can view the Firm Receipt Allocation report in your firm directly in ZenCase from the Reports page. This report will show all your firm receipt allocations (aka collections) for month over month comparison against this month and the previous year's month to view the change in totals year over year.

How To View Firm Receipt Allocation Report

  • Go to the Reports page by clicking "Reports" from the left navigation bar

  • On the Reports page, click "View Report" under Firm Receipt Allocation

  • You will see a chart with fees and expenses paid and billed during the current and previous year

  • Click "Chart" button to turn on and off sections to display on Chart:

    • Fees Billed

    • Fees Paid

    • Fees Billed Previous Year

    • Fees Paid Previous Year

    • Expenses Billed

    • Expenses Paid

    • Expenses Billed Previous Year

    • Expenses Paid Previous Year

  • You can filter by:

    • Client

    • Matter

    • Member

    • Member Type

    • Division

    • Invoiced As of Date

  • Click "Settings" in the top right of the table results to turn on and off columns to display

  • Click "Export Report" to view your report in CSV or PDF format

    • Note: Exported data will reflect the table results with any filters applied. Clear filters if you want to view all data.
