You can cancel your shifts quickly and easily at no cost. You simply need to go to the shift tab on the platform and click ‘Cancel Shift’ in the top right corner. If you need to make specific changes to your booking to do with dates, hours or other shift requirements you can reach out to your dedicated Account Manager who will be able to process and advise on those changes.
