Saving charts to an existing dashboard

Create a new question, and once you are satisfied with your question results and formatting, click on the 3-dot menu in the top right-hand corner.

Select 'Save to existing dashboard' from the drop-down.

Write in a custom title or leave Zenlytic to generate a dynamic insight for you based on the trend in the chart.

Search and select the existing dashboard you would like to add this chart to.

Editing Dashboards

Begin any dashboard edits by clicking on the 'Edit Mode' button in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.

If you do not see this 'Edit Mode' button, you do not have the permissions required to make edits to this particular dashboard. For more information about permissions, please see the previous paragraph on Sharing and Permissions.

Please reach out to Zenlytic support or your workspace administrator (usually someone on the data, business intelligence, or analytics team) to request for the changes to the dashboard. Zenlytic support can also put you in touch with the workspace administrator at your company.

How to delete a question in a dashboard

Click on 'Edit Mode' in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click on the 'x' cross on the top right-hand corner of the question.

How to edit a question in the dashboard

Click on the meatball menu button in the top right hand corner of a question you'd like to edit in a dashboard.

Once you are in the explore section in the new tab, make the edits you want to the question.

Navigate back to the dashboard. Click on 'Edit Mode' and delete the old chart. Click on the 'Save Edits' button to save your changes.
