Despite mobile carriers advertising 'unlimited' calling, their user agreements often include hidden restrictions on this 'unlimited' feature, buried in fine print. this adversely affects some of our most dedicated callers: the elderly, those in remote areas, and the visually impaired. These listeners are often more inclined toward analog methods, may be unable to use a smartphone physically, or have limited access to mobile internet in their communities.

To ensure all your listeners have access, it may become necessary to change your Call-To-Listen number. Depending on the carrier, this number may need to be changed weekly, while with other carriers, we've maintained the same number for years.

We do give you one number that never changes, but some of your listeners, when they call in, may be directed to another.
