This page applies to Easy Budget Money Tracker Zeny (package name com.nonapp.zeny), developed and published by Lemon App LLC.
You can request deletion of your Zeny account and associated cloud data in the Android app or by email. If you use Zeny only on your device and have never created a Premium account for cloud sync, there is no online Zeny account to delete.
Delete in the Android app
Open Zeny.
Open Settings, then tap Zeny Premium.
Tap Premium account.
Open the account menu, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email umekun123@gmail.com from the email address registered with Zeny. Use the subject “Zeny account deletion request.” We may ask for additional information to verify ownership. Do not send your password or Google Play purchase token.
Data that is deleted
Your Zeny Cloud account and sign-in credentials.
Income and expense records, categories, financial accounts, recurring entries, summaries, settings, and sync metadata stored for that account.
The link between your Zeny account and the Google Play purchase token stored by Zeny.
Data stored only on your device is not deleted by cloud account deletion. Clear Zeny storage in Android settings or uninstall the app if you also want to remove the local copy.
Retention and deletion schedule
Encrypted scheduled and manual database backups can contain a copy for up to 30 days from the time the backup is created. They are used only for disaster recovery. If a backup is restored, data belonging to accounts that were already deleted is deleted again.
Support conversations are normally retained for one year after the request is closed and are then deleted. When you request deletion of your Zeny account, the Zeny support contact and its conversations are also deleted after we verify ownership, complete the deletion, and send the completion notice.
Limited technical or security records can be retained only for as long as needed to prevent abuse, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
Purchase and payment records retained by Google Play are governed by Google’s policies.
Deleting a Zeny account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately under Payments & subscriptions in Google Play.
