What is Klever Shopper 🛍️?
Klever Shopper is a way for you to keep finding items that you want at prices that meet your preferences. You set your criteria for the kinds of items you want, the amount of money you are willing to spend on them, and the Klever Shopper will keep track of items on the Klever Platform that fit your preferences. The Klever Shopper will bid on those items and you will be notified when you win. Like any other bid, if you decide you do not want the item, you are not obligated to buy it.
How does it work?
The Klever Shopper learns from you. We learn your preferences for items and the Klever Shopper will search the Klever Platform for those items at a good price. The more you shop, the more the Klever Shopper learns how to make bids that meet your desired results. The Klever Shopper also monitors how other users compete for certain items and will suggest what a good price is for certain items.
Will the Klever Shopper only bid on items at a good price?
You are in charge of the Klever Shopper. The Klever Shopper will find items at a good price and will bid on your behalf automatically. Good prices are a mix of factors such the item’s, or similar item’s, previous pricing history on the Klever Platform, and how popular the item is compared to its availability. There is no guarantee that the Klever Shopper will always bid on items at a good price.
Is there a price guarantee for Klever Shopper wins?
If you are the winning bidder using the Klever Shopper, we will guarantee that the price is the best available on the Klever Platform for seven (7) days after you win the item. If the same item becomes available on the Klever Platform during the price guarantee period, you will be able to receive the lower price.
Can I request a refund of a paid Klever Shopper order?
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, your item is damaged, or you believe your item is defective, please contact us in accordance to our Returns & Exchanges policy available at: https://intercom.help/zero-limits-ltd/en/articles/3014436-return-policy. IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS IN THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY, YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE AND/OR RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT AT ANY TIME.
How do I request a return?
You will need to contact us to get a refund in accordance with the Returns and Exchange policy available here: https://intercom.help/zero-limits-ltd/en/articles/3014436-return-policy. Please note that you will receive confirmation of your return when we receive and process your return request. If you do not receive such notification, we may not have received the return request.
