This article guides ZeroTek MSP Partners through the process of deploying Okta to their customers. Before getting started, make sure your team meets the prerequisites below.
Before you begin
After completing ZeroTek Onboarding, most MSPs will have already deployed Okta internally and to at least one customer. At this stage, you should be familiar with:
User and role management β Setting up technical staff as ZeroTek users and assigning appropriate role-based access.
MSP best practices β Working with groups, policies (including password, global session, and authenticator enrollment policies), as well as authenticators.
New org configuration β Completing a baseline configuration of a new Okta org as outlined in the New Org Setup guide. This process can be significantly accelerated using ZeroConfig.
