ZeroTek Technical Services provides a library of field-tested Okta Workflows that Partners can use to accelerate their implementations, available at no charge. Each Partner can deploy up to 5 workflow instances per client org for free. You are not required to use the same workflows across every org, so you can choose any combination of up to 5 for each org you manage.

Automates the unblocking of email addresses from the Okta Email Address Bounce List via API. | |
Checks the expiration date of SAML certificates for apps in Okta and notifies admins so they can take action and prevent service disruptions. | |
Detects account lockouts from unrecognized devices and sends real-time email alerts to the appropriate team or administrator. | |
Revokes Microsoft 365 sessions immediately when an Okta password is changed, preventing stale credentials from causing authentication issues. |
