Update an AD user from ZeroTek

When an Okta-mastered integration with on-premises AD is configured correctly, all changes made from ZeroTek to the Okta user profile of an imported AD user are automatically synced back to AD. Learn more about user mastery strategies or about how ZeroTek works with Okta.

Edit user details in ZeroTek

  1. In ZeroTek, in the Users area, click the name of the imported AD user you want to modify.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Make the required changes to the user profile.

  4. When finished, click Edit User Profile. The User Profile now displays the updated information.

Optional β€” Confirm changes were pushed to AD (test the integration)

  1. RDP to the appropriate on-premises AD instance. Open the OU configured to sync users with Okta. Right-click and select Refresh.

  2. Confirm the changes made in ZeroTek are now reflected in AD.
