CRM Dashboard is the default page when you log in to ZevBit.
Dashboard Charts
On the CRM dashboard, the user sees charts that display project statistics, showing the number of sourced projects, # of estimated projects, and the percentage of projects converted to estimates. A duration filter (This month, Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Past year) allows users to adjust the timeframe and analyze these statistics accordingly.
1) Number of Projects by Source
Shows how many projects were created in a chosen timeframe, broken down by lead source. It works based on the duration filter. Hover any section of the donut chart to see exact counts.
2) Number of Projects Converted to an Estimate
This graph shows the number of projects that were converted into an estimate (not every lead becomes an estimate). Includes the same duration filters, and hover shows the date and count.
3) % of Projects Converted to an Estimate
Similar to the previous chart, this one illustrates conversion as a percentage over time, using the same timeframe filters and hover details.
