In Default View, you’ll see columns you can drag/rearrange to match how you work.
What each key column means
Client & Project Name: Same client can show multiple times if they have multiple projects
Status: Lead status/stage (managed in Settings)
Added: Date lead was added
Assigned To: Who owns the lead (can be reassigned)
Added By: Who created it (system-controlled)
Email / Phone / Address: Contact info
Source: Where the lead came from (Google/Facebook/etc.)
Budget / Timeframe: Lead qualification info. The user can add more columns like that, but they will only appear if you add the qualification question in the column from the Settings → Custom Field page.
Contractor Tip:
Rearrange columns so “Status” + “Assigned To” + “Phone” are always visible without scrolling.
