On the CRM dashboard, you can click Add New Tab to create a custom list that works like the Default View, but works best with saved filters.
You can delete a custom list by clicking “X”.
How to create a Custom List Tab
Click Add New Tab
Name the tab
Apply filters (sort, status, date, & source)
Click "Save as template" to save the filter for future use.
Examples contractors love:
“Need Follow-Up”
“Meeting Scheduled — Last 7 Days”
“Hot Leads — This Week”
“Site Visits Scheduled”
Contractor Tip:
Custom lists are how you stop forgetting follow-ups.
Search, Filters & Export (Build a Clean Call List)
There’s a search bar where you type the client name, and results filter in real time as you type.
Filters & Sorting
Click Filters to open the filter/sort pop-up.
Sorting
Newest leads first
Oldest leads first
Filter options
Lead Status: Select one or multiple statuses
Date: Last 7/28/90 days or a custom range
Lead Source: Select one or multiple sources
Temporarily Apply vs Save as Template
Temporarily Apply: Great for quick sorting, but resets after reload.
Save as Template: Saves the list with the filter permanently so the user can see the list in the future. The filter can be used in the client list for the Default View or Custom lists, but not in the Pipeline View.
Contractor Tip:
Create a template called “Follow-Ups” so your office can pull the same call list every day.
Export Your Lead List to Excel
Click Export to download the list you’re currently viewing (default or filtered) as an Excel file. It preserves the columns and data shown.
