Change Lead Status (So the Pipeline Stays Accurate)

To change a lead’s status from the Client Information Page:

  1. Click the Status dropdown at the top

  2. Select the correct status based on the last interaction

    Statuses are managed in Settings → Status → Lead

Contractor Tip:
Every call, text, or site visit should end with a status update. That’s how your pipeline becomes real.
