Add a New Project for an Existing Client

If the same client has another job, you don’t need a new client record — add a new project.

On the Client Information Page:

  1. Use the Project Name dropdown to view existing projects

  2. Click Add New Project

  3. Enter:

    • Project name

    • Assign team members

    • Project address (use client address checkbox or add another)

  4. Answer qualifying questions (including lead source)

  5. Click Add Project to save

After adding the new project for the existing client, it will start appearing in the CRM client list as a separate and new entry. But once you are within a project of a particular client, you can toggle by the menue to another project of the same client.
