Time Tracking in ZevBit allows employees to record the time they spend working on projects or company tasks.
This feature helps businesses monitor labor activity, understand how time is spent across projects, and maintain accurate records of employee work hours.
After logging in the app, users will see the Time Tracking Screen. See image below.
Main Time Tracking Screen before clocking in
Using Time Tracking, employees can clock in when they start working and clock out when they finish, creating a record of their work session. These time entries are then used to track labor activity and are reflected in the system’s time records.
Time Tracking is designed for both field teams and office staff, making it easy to log work time whether employees are on a job site, visiting a client, or performing internal company tasks.
Administrative Control and Crew Clock-In Options
Time Tracking can be enabled or disabled within the Role Settings managed by system administrators.
A key configuration option exists for roles such as "Foreman" or "Project Manager." An administrator can designate this role as the sole party responsible for clocking in their entire crew. Alternatively, the setting can allow each individual crew member to clock in and out using the ZevBit mobile application.
User Licensing and Pricing
Every member invited to use the ZevBit app who has the ability to clock in (either individually or via a foreman) counts as a licensed user in your ZevBit plan.
