Setup your company information, Logo and Attachment folders

Company Info

In the Company Info section, users can add or edit the following:

  • Company name.

  • Company/office address and a separate shop address. A checkbox allows the shop address to mirror the company address; if unchecked, a unique shop address can be entered.

  • Once you make that change, click on the Save button.

*NOTE: The company name, office address, and logo are crucial because they appear on any invoice, estimate, or proposal the company sends to clients.

Logo upload

After the Company Info section, there’s a dedicated "Logo Upload" section. In it, the user clicks the upload button, prompting a file selection popup. They can choose logo files in JPG, PNG, SVG, WEBP, or GIF formats. After selection, they can crop or adjust the size and confirm. Once confirmed, clicking “Save” finalizes the logo. The saved logo will appear on the user’s profile and will be included on invoices, estimates, and proposals.

Attachment Folders

After the Logo section, there is an Attachment Folders section. Here, the user starts with three default folders: Design, Estimates/Sales, and Receipts. The user can delete any two, but one must remain (though all can be renamed). To add more folders, clicking "+ Add Folder" opens a pop-up to name and confirm a new folder.

These are the folders that will always show in the Files tab of each project.

Users can delete folders, but if any project has files stored in that folder, it won’t be removed from that project. Empty folders (with no files in any project) can be fully deleted. But, if the user renames the folder, it will change the name of folder in every project.
