Email Settings
The Email Settings tab allows users to configure a custom SMTP email server for sending emails to clients. By default, if no custom settings are provided, the system uses Zevbit’s built-in SMTP server to send emails such as:
Estimates
Invoices
Notifications
Why Use Custom Email Settings
Using your own SMTP settings enables:
Sending emails from your own domain email address
White-label communication (your branding instead of Zevbit)
Better control over email delivery and reputation
How to Configure Custom Email
SMTP Configuration Fields
On this page, you can update the SMTP email server configuration fields, which may include:

From Email
Verify all details are correct
Click Save
These details are provided by your email service provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, custom domain hosting).
Important Notes
Incorrect SMTP details may result in email delivery failure
Always verify credentials with your email provider
If issues occur, you can revert to the default (Zevbit SMTP)
⚠️ These settings are important for ensuring that system emails are delivered correctly. If incorrect information is entered, emails such as invoices, notifications, or automated messages may fail to send.
