How to Open the Schedule Module
From the left sidebar, select Schedule. The calendar will open, with the monthly view already selected by default.
What You'll See on the Calendar
Once inside, the screen is organized into a few key areas:
Calendar grid — displays dates and all scheduled jobs or events
Filters panel — located on the right side, used to filter calendar events by crew, subcontractor, or event type
Date Filter — allows you to select the date range in the calendar
Event creation tools — used to add new jobs or tasks to the calendar
Search bar — lets you quickly locate a specific job, client, or event
